I first met Akira a few years ago when he was the Project Lead for Focusbuild on a major residential build that I designed in Randwick, Sydney. Akira went on to be the Foreman responsible running the very detailed and sophisticated project.
The house was awarded Best Conservation and a Commendation for Alternations and Additions by Randwick Council in 2017, the execution of the detail was a major factor in both these awards.
Akira is a diligent, hard-working, reliable Project Manager who has excellent carpentry and communication skills essential for delivering quality buildings. I have no hesitation to highly recommend him on any future projects for both minor and major works.

Akira and his team managed a major extension/renovation on my family home based in Sydney, NSW. From quoting the project through to execution Akira was very professional, friendly and made the huge task of renovating whilst living in the home achievable.
With a view of expanding our home to create a modern indoor/outdoor living area and creating a more functional flow, Akira was able to work with only initial designs and create an architecturally inspired space working from engineer draftsman drawings only, which eliminated the need for us to engage with an architect for the completion of this work.
Akira has a great eye for detail which brought our vision to life. We were extremely happy with the completion of works to our home and continue to enjoy our beautiful space. I would highly recommend Akira and have done to all family and friends requiring an experienced, hard-working and trustworthy builder.
