Rockhouse is a thoughtfully crafted CLT Passivhaus that brings together high-performance construction, natural materials and a strong connection to its bushland setting.

Constructed using cross-laminated timber, the home combines precision-engineered structure with the warmth and character of exposed timber interiors. Its highly insulated, airtight building envelope follows Passive House principles, creating a comfortable and energy-efficient home designed to perform throughout the seasons.

Dark exterior cladding contrasts beautifully with the warm timber interiors, while expansive glazing draws in natural light and frames views of the surrounding landscape. Layered green roofs soften the architecture, improve the home’s integration with the site and reinforce its connection to nature.

Built by Mindful Building and designed by Betti & Knut Architecture, Rockhouse is a considered example of sustainable design, construction excellence and modern Australian living.
